Team Oriented Problem Solving (TOPS)

Description

This seminar provides the student with a proficient and efficient approach to problem solving. The students are introduced to many proven methods that can be used to analyze and resolve problems and then implement controls that make sure that the gains are sustained. It also provides a road map of methodology and presents a standard way of documenting and reporting the results.
