Description
Lean is not just for manufacturing anymore! This certification is designed for those who will drive the implementation of Lean throughout the organization. Enormous amounts of waste exist in office and service environments. Delays, bottlenecks, errors, redundancy and work-arounds are very common. Non-value-added work can be as high as 70 percent. In this one-week program, you will learn how to use Lean concepts to identify and eliminate waste within your office’s transactional and administrative processes. Apply Lean tools such as 5S, Standardized Work and Value Stream Mapping to help create a culture of continual improvement in your organization.
