Congratulations are in order for Glenridge Machine Company, located in Willoughby, Ohio. On June 23, 2002 they received their certification to QS-9000:1998 & ISO 9002:1994 from QMI. During the flag ceremony on August 14, 2002, Frank Novak (KAVON International President) and John Novak (KAVON Vice President) presented the QS-9000 flag to Jerry Negrelli (President) and members of the management group.

Tony Franceschini and John Novak, KAVON Consultants, worked closely with Ron Intihar and the management group at Glenridge Machine Company, to create a system that not only met the requirements of QS-9000:1998 & ISO 9002:1994, but incorporated current business practices and specific customer requirements.
