On September 19, 2005, a group of employees at Mercury Plastics, Inc. completed training on "INTERNAL PROCESS AUDITING? conducted by John Novak of KAVON International, Inc. The training sessions focused on processes and how to audit them. Techniques were taught on how to document and analyze processes in order to be able to perform an audit that adds value to the organization.
