The New Internal Auditors at Aerolite Extrusion Company

On January 18, 2005, a group of employees at Aerolite Extrusion Company completed training on INTERNAL PROCESS AUDITING conducted by John Novak of KAVON International, Inc. The training sessions focused on processes and how to audit them. Techniques were taught on how to document and analyze processes in order to be able to perform an audit that adds value to the organization.

The Aerolite Extrusion Company is a privately owned company that was founded in 1953 as a full service custom extruder. Their 150,000 square feet of facilities, make them large enough to supply the total extrusion needs of a customer; yet small enough to provide personalized problem solving services.

As a total service facility, they provide everything from extruding unique shapes, to painting, fabricating, assembly, and delivery. They also provide Poured-in-Place structural thermal barrier in AA through EE cavity sizes and lengths to 24 feet.
