On June 19, 2002, a group of Quality Switch, Inc. employees successfully completed the course, INTERNAL AUDITING: Mini-Audits? for Maximum Results. Tom Fazekas, from KAVON International, Inc., conducted the course.
During the course, the students were introduced to the concept of internal auditing, its importance to Quality Switch, Inc. in obtaining ISO 9001:2000 registration, and their role as auditors to monitor compliance. They also participated in a number of exercises that reinforced the concepts being taught.
Quality Switch, Inc. is a manufacturer of a wide variety of electrical switches used primarily in transformers and load centers but can be applied wherever power is controlled. The provide switches for use in air, oil, silicone, R-Temp, or any other high fire point hydrocarbon fluid. All devices are, in general, non-loadbreak devices designed for deenergized operation. Switch styles can include shoe types, ring types, blade types, or knife types.
