On June 6, 2002, a group of H & D Steel Service Center, Inc. employees successfully completed the course, INTERNAL AUDITING: Mini-Audits? for Maximum Results. Tom Fazekas, from KAVON International, Inc., conducted the course.
During the course, the students were introduced to the concept of Internal Auditing, its importance to H & D Steel Service Center, Inc. in obtaining ISO 9001:2000 registration, and their role as auditors to monitor compliance. They also participated in a number of exercises that reinforced the concepts being taught.
