On November 20, 2000, a group of Empire Die Casting Co., Inc. employees successfully completed the course, INTERNAL AUDITING: Mini-Audits for Maximum Results. The course was conducted by Frank & John Novak, both from KAVON International, Inc.
Empire Die Casting Co., Inc. is a Cleveland-based, ISO 9002 certified company, founded in 1948 to serve the needs of die casting users in the Midwest. Their plants ship aluminum, zinc, and magnesium die-castings to over thirty states, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Asia.
Empire Die Casting Co., Inc. was one of the first die casters to achieve ISO 9002 certification, and QS and ISO 14001 standard compliance. They offer complete project responsibility from die design through secondary machining, finishing and assembly. Secondary machining and finishing capabilities include shot blast, vibratory, and thermal deburring.
