KAVON International, Inc. in conjunction with Kent State University - Trumbull, held its popular training seminar, INTERNAL AUDITING: Mini-Audits For Maximum Results.
This seminar presented KAVON's unique and widely successful approach to Internal Auditing, the Mini-Audit Concept. The Mini-Audit approach spreads the internal auditing task among many workers rather than just one audit team ? and it encourages auditing to be done at regular intervals throughout the year, rather than just at "crunch time."
The numerous benefits to this approach, include higher levels of employee involvement, earlier identification of discrepancies in the quality system, and the transformation of the audit process into smaller, more manageable pieces.
The students represented eight (8) different companies.
Roemer Industries: Debbie Baker, Vince DeJulia, Elizabeth McFarland, Chris Miller, & Becky Mills.
MIP: Russ Brown, Linda Davison, Leigh Marsden, Jack Miller, Bob Shipsky, & Judy Shipsky.
