Val Novak holds a BBA from Cleveland State University and did his post-graduate work in Human Planning Resourcing. His previous titles include, but are not limited to, a Materials Manager at TRW, Inc., a Production Control Manager at Technicare Corp., a Project Manager at Conley, Canitano & Associates and a Management Consultant at Oracle Corporation. During his forty-two years in the auditing business, he has built a fantastic reputation. He consistently brings substantial inventory reductions in warehousing and manufacturing while coming in on time and within budget. He has also successfully implemented more than twenty ERP implementations as Project Manager, where he also set up and delivered employee-training programs. Over the course of his career, he has gained expertise on Enterprise Research Planning (ERP), Warehouse and Distribution systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, inventory and product control management. He is also considered an expert on both education and training.
